All sales are final. However, we will issue a refund for defectively manufactured merchandise and merchandise damaged during shipping. If you believe your merchandise was defectively manufactured or damaged in shipping, please e-mail us at returns@paperbuff.com. If it is determined that your merchandise is defective or was damaged in the shipping process, you will be credited for the full amount of merchandise and shipping costs. Please note that no credit will be issued until the defective merchandise has been returned. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue you a full refund for the product(s) being returned. This process may take up to two weeks.
Method All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) via priority mail which normally takes 3-5 days from date of ship, depending on the shipping destination (unless overnight shipping is requested). Standard shipping rates apply to shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders and will be handled on a per order basis.
